A non-surgical nose tip lift and slimming treatment uses botulinum toxin type A to subtly adjust the movement of specific muscles around the nose. By relaxing targeted muscles, the nasal tip can appear gently lifted and the nose more refined when smiling, without altering the structure of the nose or requiring dermal fillers. This treatment is particularly effective for individuals who notice the nose tip drooping when smiling, or a sense of nasal widening caused by muscle activity. Consultation & Prescription As this is a prescription-only treatment, a full medical consultation is required. This includes a detailed medical history, assessment of nasal muscle movement, facial balance, and suitability for treatment. We will discuss realistic outcomes, potential risks, and alternative options before proceeding. Treatment is only carried out if clinically appropriate. Treatment Experience The procedure typically takes 10–15 minutes. Using ultra-fine needles, small amounts of product are placed with precision into specific muscles. Discomfort is minimal and short-lived, and no downtime is required. Results Initial effects may be noticed within 3–5 days, with full results developing by 10–14 days. Results generally last 3–4 months, depending on individual muscle activity. The aim is subtle refinement — never over-correction. Pre-Treatment Advice Avoid alcohol for 24 hours prior to treatment. Where possible, avoid anti-inflammatory medication and supplements such as fish oil or vitamin E for several days beforehand to reduce the risk of bruising. Aftercare & Ongoing Support After treatment, remain upright for 4 hours and avoid rubbing the area, strenuous exercise, or heat exposure for 24–48 hours. Mild redness or tenderness at the injection site is normal and temporary. You will receive comprehensive aftercare guidance and have direct access to me following your treatment should you have any concerns. A two-week review is available if required.
