Consultation & Prescription As this is a prescription-only treatment, a full medical consultation is required. This includes a review of your medical history, assessment of brow position, muscle activity, and eyelid anatomy, alongside a discussion of your goals, risks, benefits, and expected results. Treatment is only performed if clinically appropriate. Treatment Experience The procedure typically takes 10–15 minutes. Ultra-fine needles are used to place small, precise doses in targeted areas. Discomfort is minimal, and no downtime is required. Results Initial effects may be noticed within 3–5 days, with full results developing by 10–14 days. Results usually last 3–4 months, depending on individual muscle strength and metabolism. The result is a subtle brow elevation and a brighter, more rested eye area — not an exaggerated or surprised look. Pre-Treatment Advice Avoid alcohol for 24 hours prior to treatment and, where possible, avoid anti-inflammatory medication and supplements such as fish oil or vitamin E for several days beforehand to reduce bruising risk. Aftercare & Ongoing Support Remain upright for 4 hours post-treatment and avoid rubbing the treated areas, strenuous exercise, or heat exposure for 24–48 hours. Mild redness or tenderness is normal and temporary. You will receive clear aftercare instructions and have direct access to me following your treatment should you have any concerns.
