Service Description

Two-area anti-wrinkle treatment allows for a more balanced and harmonious result by addressing multiple muscle groups that contribute to facial expression lines. Common combinations include frown lines and forehead, or frown lines and crow’s feet, depending on individual anatomy and concerns. This treatment uses botulinum toxin type A to temporarily relax targeted muscles, softening dynamic wrinkles while maintaining natural movement and expression. At Aisha Khayat Aesthetics, I use Azzalure®, a prescription-only medicine chosen for its reliable, refined, and natural-looking results when administered with precision. Consultation & Prescription A full medical consultation is required prior to treatment. This includes a detailed medical history, facial assessment, discussion of your aesthetic goals, and explanation of risks and benefits. A prescription is issued only if treatment is clinically appropriate. Treatment Experience Treatment takes approximately 15–20 minutes. Ultra-fine needles are used for accuracy and comfort. Discomfort is minimal, and downtime is not required. Results Initial results may be seen within 3–5 days, with full results developing over 10–14 days. Results typically last 3–4 months, varying between individuals. Treating two areas often enhances overall facial balance and reduces compensatory movement. Pre- & Post-Treatment Care Avoid alcohol for 24 hours prior and strenuous exercise, heat exposure, or rubbing the treated areas for 24–48 hours after treatment. Mild redness or tenderness is normal and temporary. You will receive full aftercare guidance and have direct access to me following treatment, with a two-week review available if required.
